Job summary

Hubergroup USA, INC. in Mount Prospect, IL is seeking a Shipping and Warehouse Lead to oversee all warehouse and distribution operations on 1st shift (Mon-Fri).

This role ensures accurate order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and safe, compliant operations within a non-remote setting. The successful candidate will manage daily activities, coordinate with production, purchasing, and transportation providers, and drive continuous improvement while leading a team under OSHA and company safety

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of warehouse and shipping experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP platforms, and shipping software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and distribution operations.
• Ensures customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and optimizes warehouse efficiency.
• Leads staff and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
