Job summary

CHASE Staffing in Georgia seeks an experienced Shipping/Warehouse Clerk for the Dallas/Hiram area on a Temp to Hire basis. 1st shift 8am-5pm; 17.75 USD/hr. 2nd shift 3pm-12am; 18.75 USD/hr.

Midday 10am-7pm; 18.25 USD/hr. Responsibilities include processing orders, preparing BOLs, coordinating deliveries, and high-volume data entry. Requirements: 2+ years verifiable shipping experience, BOL experience, forklift experience preferred, bilingual Spanish/English a plus, valid driver’s license, and MS

Qualifications

• 2+ years of verifiable material handling/shipping experience.
• Experience creating Bills of Lading (BOL) is required.
• Forklift experience highly preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish & English a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process material orders daily.
• Prepare shipping documents including Bills of Lading.
• Coordinate daily deliveries and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization.
• Keep shipping and receiving records up to date.
• Schedule and coordinate large shipments.
• Perform high-volume data entry.
• Troubleshoot shipping issues.
• Operate RF scanner and forklift during duties.
