Job summary

CHASE Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Data Specialist for our Lithia Springs, GA warehouse. The role combines data entry with hands-on order fulfillment, inventory checks, and routing shipments. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm with overtime as needed, at $18 per hour.

Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly preferred. A stand-up forklift certification is required, and a background check plus drug test must be cleared; steel-toe boots are required

Responsibilities

• Print weekly warehouse order reports and daily pull sheets.
• Check physical stock levels to verify product availability.
• Safely pull and prepare warehouse orders with team assistance.
• Route shipments, print shipping labels, and prepare final paperwork.
• Submit Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) after product dispatch.
