Job summary

Grimco, Inc. in Owensville, MO, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick and pack orders, load/unload trucks, stock inventory, and support shipping/receiving processes.

You will use RF scanners and a warehouse management system, maintain accurate records, and assist drivers to maximize delivery efficiency. This is a full-time, day-shift role with overtime potential and opportunities for supervisory duties in the future.

Qualifications

• 1–10 years of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of WMS, printing ticket orders, MS Office suite, email, internet navigation.
• Be willing to complete a criminal background check.
• Strong work ethic – dedicated to getting the job done.
• Interest in growing with Grimco – potential overtime hours, and supervisory duties in the future.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders of signs & sign supplies for shipping.
• Load and unload delivery trucks by hand and with a forklift.
• Stock inventory when replenishment shipments arrive.
• Ship and receive orders using RF scanners and WMS.
• Maintain clear and accurate records on all inventory.
• Assist couriers and drivers with loading, verifying loads, and improving delivery efficiency.
• Maintain organized warehouse and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Foster teamwork and lead by example to improve daily performance.
