Job summary

Grimco, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in the United States to pick and pack orders for signs and sign supplies, load and unload trucks, and manage inventory with RF scanners and a Warehouse Management System. You will cut custom pieces and uphold Grimco’s safety standards daily.

The role requires forklift operation, physical lifting of 70+ pounds, and proactive collaboration with couriers to ensure timely deliveries. Benefits include medical, PTO, and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of WMS, MS Office Suite, email, internet navigation.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background screening.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders of signs & sign supplies for shipping.
• Load/unload delivery trucks by hand and with a forklift.
• Ship and receive orders using RF scanners and WMS.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Measure and cut custom-size pieces using panel saw or roll slitter.
• Ensure safety standards per OSHA and Grimco Safety Checklist.
• Assist couriers and drivers with loading and sanity-checking loads.
• Maintain equipment and warehouse, including cleaning and maintenance.
