Job summary

Grimco, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support efficient order processing and inventory control at our facility. You will pick and pack sign-related items, load/unload deliveries, and use RF scanners with a Warehouse Management System to coordinate shipments.

You will also maintain records, measure and cut materials, and help ensure OSHA compliance while keeping equipment and the warehouse clean and safe. This role requires physical endurance and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of WMS and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to communicate via email and navigate the web.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders for shipping.
• Load and unload trucks by hand and with a forklift.
• Ship and receive orders using RF scanners and WMS.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Cut custom size pieces using panel saw/roll slitter.
• Follow OSHA standards and Grimco’s Warehouse Safety Checklist.
• Assist couriers and verify loads for accuracy.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.
