The Pond Guy, a division of Airmax, Inc., is hiring for a full-time Shipping/Warehouse team member in Michigan. You will walk the warehouse to pick orders, use handheld scanners, and build accurate batches for packing.

This fast-paced, hands-on role emphasizes safety, productivity, and teamwork, with on-the-job training and cross-training opportunities. Typical schedules are Monday–Friday, with potential overtime; comprehensive benefits and a supportive culture help you grow while contributing

Responsibilities

• Walk throughout the warehouse to pick customer orders
• Use handheld scanner, pick list, and rolling cart to build orders
• Deliver batches to packing area and start next order
• Maintain daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Track product movement with scanning equipment and WMS
• Operate equipment safely following safety and quality procedures
• Keep work area clean and organized
