  • Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be an essential part of our operations team. Your key responsibilities include:

Receiving and Processing Shipments:
  • Inspect incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy, check for damage, and confirm compliance with company standards.
  • Sort, label, and store items in designated locations following inventory management protocols.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Ensure products are handled safely and efficiently to minimize damage and delays.
Inventory Management:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Update inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
Equipment Operation:
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment remains in good working order.
Facility Maintenance:
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss process improvements and address challenges.
Compliance and Safety:
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in safety training programs and actively contribute to a culture of workplace safety.
Additional Warehouse Duties:
  • Support special projects, such as inventory relocation or seasonal order surges, as needed.

Assist in training new team members to uphold company standards.

Requirements
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Must-have:
