Job summary

SendCutSend is seeking a Shipping Technician in Arlington, TX to prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and quality. You will package, inspect, and ship orders, maintain an organized work area, and support daily production goals in a LEAN environment.

The role requires attention to detail, English communication, and prior shipping or warehouse experience. Full-time on-site work with facility-based operations and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience.
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use shipping or inventory systems.
• Ability to use measuring devices and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Package customer orders using appropriate materials and methods to ensure safe and accurate delivery.
• Determine optimal package size and shipping method based on order contents and requirements.
• Verify part counts and perform final visual inspections to ensure orders meet quality standards.
• Prepare pallets for efficient freight shipments.
• Process shipping documentation and update shipment details in internal systems.
• Assist with department inventory tracking and basic inventory control tasks.
• Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals and communicate issues or quality concerns as they arise.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with LEAN and 5S principles.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
