SendCutSend is seeking a Shipping Technician to prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery. You will package, inspect, and ship orders while maintaining an organized workspace on the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities include packaging, determining packaging and shipping methods, verifying counts, preparing pallets, and processing shipping documentation. Experience in shipping/warehouse roles is preferred, with LEAN/5S-principled work habits.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and communicates effectively in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Package customer orders with appropriate materials and methods to ensure safe delivery.
• Determine optimal package size and shipping method based on order contents.
• Verify part counts and perform final inspections for quality.
• Prepare pallets for efficient freight shipments.
• Process shipping documentation and update shipment details in internal systems.
• Assist with department inventory tracking and basic inventory control tasks.
• Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and communicate issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following LEAN and 5S principles.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
