Job summary

Evolution Driveline, LLC is seeking a warehouse associate to ensure stock unit shipments are properly packaged and loaded/unloaded, contributing to on-time, safe shipping. You will also assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Responsibilities include shipping units to customers, organizing printed orders, verifying accuracy, loading/unloading trucks with forklift, processing orders in the WMS, logging inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while supporting the warehouse team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated focus on customer service and team building.
• Two years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate a forklift and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ship units to customers and manage DC transfers and stock orders.
• Organize printed orders from sales that require shipping.
• Double check orders for accuracy.
• Load and unload trucks using forklift and by hand.
• Process orders in Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Communicate backorders to warehouse lead or supervisor.
• Perform daily cycle counts and log into inventory system.
• Enter daily inventory.
• Tag purchased units.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse space.
• Work with warehouse staff to pull, pick and ship or deliver orders.
• Assist daily with general warehouse duties such as stocking shelves, kitting, and cleanliness.

Description

The primary function of this position is to ensure that stock unit shipments are properly packaged and loaded/unloaded in order to complete shipping on-time in a safe, orderly manner. It is the expectation that this position be flexible to assist in other warehouse duties when needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ship units to customers (manage/organize DC transfers, stock orders.)


• Organize all printed orders from sales department that require shipping


• Double check orders to ensure accuracy


• Load and unload trucks as necessary with forklift and by hand


• Process all orders in Warehouse Management System (WMS)


• Communicate backorders to warehouse lead or supervisor as necessary


• Perform daily cycle count on components and log into inventory management system.


• Enter daily Inventory.


• Tag purchased units.


• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse space.


• Other tasks as directed.


• Works with warehouse staff to pull, pick and ship or deliver orders to customers in an efficient and accurate manner.


• Assist daily with general warehouse duties, such as stocking shelves, kitting, and general cleanliness of warehouse.

Requirements

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Demonstrated focus on customer service and team building


• Two years of warehouse experience preferred.

Knowledge and Personal Attributes:

• Ability to operate a Forklift


• Basic computer skills including shipping software and MS Office


• Able to work independently.
