Job summary

Grammer in Kentucky is seeking a Shipping Team Member to operate forklifts, prepare goods, stage materials, verify part numbers and quantities, complete shipping paperwork, and load trucks. You will maintain accurate shipment records and support inventory and safety procedures in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stage, and load materials.
• Prepare finished goods and materials for outgoing shipments.
• Stage materials according to shipment schedules and requirements.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, labels, and shipping information prior to shipment.
• Complete shipping paperwork and required system transactions.
• Load trucks and trailers according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate shipment and material records.
• Identify and report discrepancies related to material, quantities, labels, or shipping documentation.
• Maintain organization of shipping, staging, and storage areas.
• Support inventory counts and material verification activities as needed.
• Follow established safety, material handling, and departmental procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
