Job summary

S&S Activewear in McDonough, GA is seeking a Shipping Department Supervisor to support the Shipping Department Manager and Operations Manager. You will lead a team through daily shipping tasks and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.

This salaried, exempt role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 10:00 am to 8:30 pm, with a 5% bonus eligibility. We provide a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of warehouse experience including supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily attendance and performance reports for the team.
• Lead team kickoff meetings and monitor orders on screen daily.
• Supervise breaks and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage accident investigations and related reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipping process issues; meet cut-offs.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and provide coaching.
• Enforce SOPs and plan/execute special shipping projects.
• Monitor workflow to ensure timely, quality shipments.
