Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse/app software, routing and dispatch systems preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, detail oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shipping personnel to maintain smooth operation and adherence to processes.
• Adjust labor to match workload.
• Perform audits and coaching on transportation, logistics planning, order processing, and material handling.
• Coach and develop associates.
• Maintain Gemba, Kaizen, and 6S boards.
• Train associates and communicate logistics metrics to reports.
• Enforce work rules and policies; issue corrective actions.
• Ensure proper shipment documentation and reporting.
• Prepare daily management reports and timely metrics.
• Recruit, interview, and make selections.
• Conduct periodic and year-end performance reviews.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with ERP; keep shipping records compliant with hazmat regs.
• Track employee hours, vacations, and absences; cover mandatory overtime.
• Other duties as assigned.
