Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Mount Pleasant, TX is seeking a Shipping Supervisor for East Plant 2nd shift. You will lead daily operations on the production floor, ensuring targets are met while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will coordinate team duties, monitor equipment, enforce health and safety regulations, and collaborate with departments to drive improvements. A high school diploma is required, with 1+ year supervisory experience preferred; poultry/food industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 1+ year of supervisory experience; supervising 20+ employees preferred.
• Skills: communication, decision making, computer literacy, multitasking.

Shipping Supervisor - East Plant 2nd Shift
