Pilgrim’s is hiring a Shipping Supervisor for the East Plant on the 2nd shift to lead daily poultry production operations on the floor. You will ensure targets are met while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency standards, coordinating team duties, monitoring equipment and workflow, and enforcing health and safety regulations.

The role requires 1+ years of supervisory experience with leadership of 20+ employees, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and strong communication plus basic

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred in a related field.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience with leadership of 20+ employees preferred; poultry/food industry experience is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken communication; ability to make independent decisions.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Shipping Supervisor - East Plant 2nd Shift

The role also requires agility to respond to operational issues in real time, helpingmaintaina productive and well-functioning workplace.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

What You’ll Need

• Education:High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience:1 or more years ofprevioussupervisory experiencewith leadership skills of 20+employees preferred.Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills:Effective communication both orally and in writing, capable of independent decision making, must have basic computer knowledge,abilityto manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
