Job summary

Qualified Staffing is seeking a Shipping Supervisor for our client in Perry, GA. The role oversees shipping and receiving, coordinates daily workflow, and supports warehouse staff while ensuring accurate inventory and documentation.

The position requires forklift experience, RF scanner use, data entry and a readiness for hands-on warehouse tasks. Salary is $20/hour with a Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. shift and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry, inventory tracking, and email.
• Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving of parts, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.

• Conduct inventory control and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Use RF scanners and computer systems to track inventory, shipments, and receipts.
• Work both in the office and on the warehouse floor; this position requires getting up from the office and performing hands-on warehouse work.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and surrounding warehouse spaces.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the Plant Manager.
