Qualifications

  • HS diploma or GED plus at least 1 year of relevant packaging/shipping experience.
  • Current training in shipping regulations, hazardous/dangerous goods packaging and shipping.
  • Skills in label making, proper label application, paperwork preparation, and shipment packing.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of manual/administrative tasks associated with receiving operations, shipping, inventory control, & stockroom, in accordance with established procedures. This is a 1st shift position with the following hours: Monday-Friday; 8:00am - 4:30pm (Overtime may be required).

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Current training in appropriate shipping regulations, hazardous/dangerous goods packaging and shipping, government, international, ocean air, parcel and LTL truck shipments. Maintain as required.
  • Skills in label making, proper label application, paperwork preparation, and shipment packing.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Experience using an ERP desired.
  • SAP experience is preferred.
  • PIV experience is preferred.
