Job summary

Lab Alley LLC, based in Austin, Texas, is seeking a Shipping Associate to safely and accurately prepare products for customers in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

The role offers progression through Associate I–III levels, with training in Hazmat and shipping processes. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a background check; prior warehouse or chemical handling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Clean, prep, and inventory supplies for packaging.
• Willingness and ability to comply with all regulatory safety and environmental requirements.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Pack, measure, weigh, and label items for shipment or storage.
• Follow packaging guidelines to ensure safety and product integrity.
• Identify and dispose of defective items before shipping.
• Perform daily warehouse housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
