About The Role

You will be part of the Warehouse/Logistics team, focusing on Order Processing and Shipping responsibilities.

What You'll Do

Shipping Responsibilities

• Process sales orders efficiently.
• Package products securely and space-efficiently, maintaining sterile integrity.
• Print and confirm shipping details.
• Pick requested products from inventory and verify accuracy.
• Validate orders using Odoo software.
• Communicate with the Sales Team.
• Create shipping labels and confirm their accuracy.
• Update tracking information and assist with inquiries.
• Manage supply levels and place orders as needed.

Receiving Responsibilities

• Create and reconcile purchase orders.
• Inspect products and confirm sterile integrity.
• Enter data accurately and use barcoding technology.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams.
• Create product codes/descriptions and conduct market research.
• Identify and correct discrepancies.
• Organize inventory and update tracking info.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and handle multiple priorities.
• Physical fitness for lifting/moving items.
• Attention to detail, organization, and teamwork skills.
