Job summary

FASHIONPHILE is seeking a Shipping Specialist at our Carlsbad HQ. You will ensure accurate selection, preparation, and timely shipment of products, maintaining safety and security of contents. Schedule: Thu–Mon 9:30am–6:00pm, with responsibilities including item verification and teamwork to hit daily goals.

The role requires prior inventory experience, ability to meet KPIs, and physical ability to lift up to 30lbs in a production environment. Competitive benefits and Employee Discount offered.

About the Opportunity

We are looking to add a full time Shipping Specialist to our operations department in our Carlsbad HQ Location. The Shipping Specialist plays a crucial role in our shipping department, ensuring the accurate selection, preparation and timely shipment of Fashionphile products ensuring the safety and security of the contents along with regular shipping duties. Working Schedule: Thursday through Monday 9:30am - 6:00pm, Responsibilities include

• Ships items accurately and on time
• Verify items coming in
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
• Effective Written and Verbal communication
• Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals
• Perform miscellaneous job-related task as assigned
• Assist with runner duties as needed
• Averaging a combined minimum UPH of 12 items shipped per hour (90+ per day) for employees 6 months to a year of experience
• Averaging a combined minimum UPH of 13-15 items checked in per hour (99-113+ per day) for employees over a year of experience
• Not to exceed task rate of 1%

Pay Rate: This Position Begins at $19.00/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's Carlsbad,CA Location.
