Job summary

FASHIONPHILE in Lehi, UT is seeking a Keyholder to manage the Lehi Salon. You will drive store productivity, lead by example, and push profitability while delivering the premier Fashionphile ONE service experience.

Responsibilities include clienteling, achieving sales and KPI targets, and supporting daily operations from opening to closing. Prior leadership in a luxury retail setting is preferred and flexibility is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a fast-paced retail or customer service environment.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Flexible work schedule to meet business needs.
• Tech savvy with multiple devices (Google Drive, Apple products).
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
• Experience with luxury handbags, accessories, or fine jewelry and watches.
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred.

• Create and uphold best-in-class luxury experience for procuring goods from clients and assisting purchases.
• Achieve sales goals, conversion, KPI targets, and service responsibilities.
• Support sales floor coverage and other customer service duties as required.
• Clienteling and outreach; build repeat business through client books and retention.
• Assist with visual merchandising, store cleanliness, returns, order pickups, and selling.
• Open and close the store; handle cash and supply orders.

About the Opportunity:

As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for operating the Lehi Salon location, ensuring store productivity and profitability. You will independently ensure that productivity goals are met, utilizing market information to create strategies that positively impact showroom results. Leading by example, you will set the tone for the store and provide valuable feedback to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability, all while exceeding Fashionphile ONE service expectations. Responsibilities include:

• Creating and upholding best in class luxury experience for procuring goods from clients and assisting them with purchasing items.
• Achieving sales goals , conversion expectations, circularity, KPI’s and all service responsibilities.
• Supporting the sales floor coverage and any other call to action customer service duties that may arise.
• Clienteling and outreach responsibilities including follow through on all assigned targeted outreach data list (BOPS, SF Scheduler, Online Geo targeted list). Build a personal repeat business of Fashionphile with client books, outreach and customer retention
• Supporting visual displaying, upholding store cleanliness standards, returns, order pick ups and Selling.
• Opening and closing the store, all cash handling functions and supply orders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years working in a fast paced retail or customer service environment
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business
• Tech savvy with the ability to work with multiple tech devices, google drive and apple products.
• Knowledge of Sales force a plus
• Working with luxury handbags, accessories or fine jewelry and watches
• 1 year of leadership experience in a professional environment is preferred

Pay Rate: This position begins at $17/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's Lehi, Utah location. This role is also eligible for uncapped commission.
