Principal Accountabilities

• Ensure safe work procedures are followed by all employees in the department
• Ensure proper personal protective equipment is worn
• Follow proper lifting procedures
• Work and act safely at all times, accepting responsibility for personal safety and that of co-workers

Required Qualifications

• Ability to operate a high reach truck/stand-up forklift
• Ability to operate an electric pallet jack
• Ensure timely and efficient throughput of products
• Meet all standard operating procedures
• Report deficiencies and suggest improvements
• Follow all food safety procedures
• Follow all safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Previous experience operating a high reach truck
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment
• Experience leading diverse teams in the meat industry or warehouse environment
