Job summary

Penske Marion FDC 4847 is seeking a Big Board Operator/Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join a safety‑conscious team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role supports the full team and collaborates with Supervisors to meet customer service and productivity goals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of shipping/receiving experience, basic computer and math skills, and a willingness to work with WMS and Smartsheet systems. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shipping/receiving experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• WMS experience preferred.
• Smartsheet experience preferred.
• Strong computer and mathematical skills required.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound shipments.
• Control flow of work to meet departure/receiving times.
• Resolve discrepancies with inventory and shipments.
• Interact with warehouse staff and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with daily/weekly reports.
• Collaborate with Supervisors to meet metrics.
• Support various projects per supervisor instructions.
