Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is seeking a warehouse associate to support the team in daily operations and maintain customer service standards. The role involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, matching schedules, and solving issues to keep the warehouse running smoothly.

The position requires basic office experience and proficiency in MS Office, with AS400 preferred. A strong attendance record and willingness to travel to the Marion, OH facility are expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years of general office experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound shipments in the warehouse.
• Control the flow of work to meet departure and receiving times.
• Resolve discrepancies.
• Interact with warehouse associates and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with daily and weekly reports.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and Management to meet warehouse metrics.
• Prioritize workload and adjust as needed.
• Other projects and tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Hourly Pay:

$22.18 Base Rate + $1.00 shift differential

$1500.00 Retention Bonus after 120 days

Hours:

2nd shift Monday-Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 pm. Weekend work and OT as needed.

Major Responsibilities:

• AS400 experience preferred
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
