Job summary

Driven Distribution Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Shipping to efficiently prepare, package, and process outgoing orders for shipment. You will ensure orders are complete, correctly labeled, and shipped on time while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Prior shipping or warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift, move, and stack up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when verifying shipments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify product counts and ensure accuracy against invoices or pick tickets.
• Label and process shipments per carrier standards (UPS, FedEx, freight).
• Operate material handling equipment safely per OSHA and company standards.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality issues.
