Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate unloading, stacking, picking and staging to uphold quality.
• Ensure accuracy and condition of inbound/outbound shipments.
• Direct shift communications and meetings to meet safety and service goals.
• Oversee equipment safety and maintain a clean, secure workspace.
• Schedule staff, assign duties, and evaluate performance with records.
• Address personnel issues and coordinate with management on training needs.
