Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1+ year clerical or warehouse experience preferred.
• 1+ year forklift experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with clerks from other floor areas and with customers as needed.
• Use WMS to update area metrics and generate reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly or monthly reports and summaries.
• Perform floor duties and additional tasks as assigned.
• Maintain filing systems and documents for the area.
