Job summary

Inteplast Group in Paragould, AR seeks a Warehouse Person C to safely move product and raw materials, load/unload trailers, and prepare shipments. This role involves accurate receiving, packing, labeling, and documentation to support timely order fulfillment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, good communication, and the ability to operate pallet jacks and forklift; forklift certification is preferred. Prior shipping/receiving experience and knowledge of MRP are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Able to operate a forklift - certification preferred.
• CDL A License not required but is a plus.
• Previous experience in shipping and receiving preferred.
• Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and Receiving (Driving Required).
• Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against the purchase orders.
• Inspect and document any damages or discrepancies in shipments.
• Unload, sort, and label incoming packages and materials.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by packing, sealing, and labeling items.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all shipments and maintain records of received and shipped items.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks to move materials as needed.
• Assist in inventory management by conducting regular cycle counts.
