Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Computer literacy in a Windows environment and basic data entry.
• Must be reliable, flexible, and able to train others when needed.
• Experience with forklift operation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fill parts orders for branches, customers and service department.
• Box, pack or crate parts as necessary for shipment and prepare shipping documents.
• Stage outgoing shipments and notify carriers, then load trucks.
• Process express shipments daily using UPS/FedEx system, including COD/credit card orders.
• Unload trucks, verify piece counts and condition against freight bills.
• Stock parts in designated areas and maintain accurate stocking sequence.
• Assist in maintaining department files and logs; train new personnel as needed.
