Job summary

Waukesha Pearce Industries, LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a warehouse/shipping associate to support parts orders, pack and ship shipments, and process carriers. You will handle UPS/FedEx workflows, verify quantities, and stage shipments for pickup while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires lifting, operating stand-up forklifts, and working with a busy schedule, with standard hours 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, plus occasional overtime and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be computer literate and proficient in a Windows-based environment.
• Must have working knowledge of shipping/receiving and related processes.
• Must maintain accurate records and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders for branches, customers and service departments.
• Box, pack or crate parts and prepare shipping documents.
• Process UPS, Fed-Ex and hot shot shipments including COD and credit card orders.
• Unload trucks and verify freight quantity and condition.
• Stage shipments for customer pickup and loading.
• Stock parts in designated areas and maintain stocking sequence.
• Assist at will call counter and with department needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and log daily activity.
