Job summary

Bay Converting Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate responsible for shipping and receiving, delivering, verifying, and documenting the quality and quantity of all incoming/outgoing products.

This role supports entering orders into Microsoft Dynamics D365, setting up shipping, and coordinating loading and staging activities. You will verify material quality and quantity, maintain accurate inventory counts, and operate a forklift to move materials while adhering to safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a production or warehouse environment.
• Minimum of 6 months experience operating a forklift, a plus.
• Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Enters orders into Microsoft D365 as well as set up shipping.
• Pulls, stages, and loads outgoing material orders.
• Prepares materials for third party shipping (palletizing and shrink wrapping).
• Loads and unloads trucks of products and materials.
• Verifies quality and quantity of all incoming materials.
• Ensures correct inventory by verifying material counts for accuracy.
• Operates forklift to move raw materials and products.
• Follows all safety policies and protocols while performing job duties.
