Job summary

Bay Converting Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for on-site work in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on shipping and receiving, order entry into D365, material staging, palletizing, and forklift operation to move materials efficiently.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, verifying incoming materials, and maintaining accurate inventory counts. Driving is a requirement with a valid license and clean driving record. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a production or warehouse environment.
• At least 1 year of verifiable driving experience within the last 5 years operating a box or straight truck.
• Minimum 6 months experience operating a forklift.
• Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs.
• Driving duties require a valid license and acceptable driving record per insurer requirements.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for all functions pertaining to shipping and receiving. Other responsibilities will include delivering, verifying, and documenting the quality and quantity of all incoming/outgoing products. The person will also be a backup driver when needed.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a production or warehouse environment, preferred.
• One year of verifiable driving experience within the last 5 years operating a box or straight truck.
• A minimum of 6 months experience operating a forklift, a plus.
• Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs.
