Job summary

The Bay Family of Companies is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Van Driver to handle shipping and receiving, order entry in D365, and material handling. You will back up the driver role as needed and ensure accurate inventory and safe product movement.

Role requires forklift experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Comprehensive benefits and competitive perks accompany the position.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a production or warehouse environment preferred.
• One year of verifiable driving experience within the last 5 years operating a box or straight truck.
• Minimum 6 months forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs.
• Driving duties require a valid license and acceptable driving record per insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders into D365 and set up shipping.
• Pull, stage, and load outgoing material orders.
• Prepare materials for third party shipping (palletizing and shrink wrapping).
• Load and unload trucks of products and materials.
• Verify quality and quantity of all incoming materials.
• Ensure inventory counts are accurate.
• Operate forklift to move raw materials and products.
• Follow safety policies and protocols.
