Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. in Dedham, MA is seeking a Shipping & Receiving associate for a full-time, on-site role.

You will report to the shift start, maintain supplies, inspect equipment, and ensure accurate receipt and distribution of deposits and cash orders. The position requires a high school diploma, 1+ year experience in a production or operations setting, strong math and reading skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Good Written, Verbal, Mathematic and Reading Comprehension Skills Required.
• Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment Required.
• 1+ Years active experience in a production or operations environment Highly Recommended.
• 10 key speed and accuracy Required.

Responsibilities

• Report to Huddle work area at schedule time.
• Engage during daily huddles and communicate issues or successes.
• Maintain workstation with necessary supplies for the full shift.
• Ensure equipment is clean and maintained; report issues to Supervisor.
• Receive, verify, and allocate inbound deposits, ATM Residual Cash, and other deposits.
• Verify total deposit bags against assignment manifest.
• Inspect deposit bags for tampering and notify supervisor of issues.
• Distribute Cash/Coin orders to Armored Carriers with scanning and manifesting.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Work independently without direct supervision.
• Identify and share processing improvement opportunities.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shift: 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Shift: 10:00AM - 6:30PM

Payrate: $16.50 / hourly

Shipping & Receiving Job Description

Responsible to report to Huddle work area at the schedule time and scheduled day.

Actively engages during daily huddles. Listen, learn, and communicate successes, issues, or barriers impacting performance

Ensure workstation is stocked with supplies necessary to perform tasks for the entire shift.

Ensures equipment is clean, maintained, and runs at optimal levels. Reports to Supervisor any equipment issues.

Responsible for accurate receipt, verification, separating, scanning and allocation of inbound customer deposits, ATM Residual Cash, banking center, and various other types of deposits.

Verification and control of total deposit bags received to assignment manifest.

Inspects deposit bags for evidence of tampering and immediately notifies supervisor of any issues.

Responsible for accurate transfer of deposits and orders to appropriate processing areas.

Responsible for accurate distribution of Cash/Coin orders to Armored Carriers including scanning, manifesting, and receiving Armored Carrier signed acknowledgement of all orders distributed to carrier.

Meets or exceeds all established productivity standards.

Works in an efficient and safe manner.

Identifies and shares processing improvement opportunities.

Work independently without direct supervision or oversight.
