GardaWorld in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Cash Processing Teller to accurately verify customer deposits and orders from armored carriers, count currency and checks, and balance funds.

The role includes entering transactions, ensuring compliance with policies, and reporting suspicious activity. Working Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, the position offers a $15.50 per hour wage and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling and balancing experience desirable.
• 1–2 years teller experience preferred.
• Strong data entry skills and basic math abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Verify assigned work and inspect deposit bags for tampering.
• Perform deposit processing and reconcile out-of-balance deposits.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Identify counterfeit or AML red flags and report to supervisor.
• Meet deposit processing productivity standards.
• Verify cash settlements and transfer funds to vaults.
• Suggest process improvements and work independently.

Job description

TheCash Processing Telleris responsible for the accurate and timely verification of all customer deposits and orders delivered by armored carriers. Other responsibilities include the counting of currency, coin, and checks, the preparation of customer change orders, entering transactions into a computer, and balancing funds. Monday - Friday
Morning Shift - 9:00AM-5:30PM
$15.50 / hr

• Verify assigned work and inspect deposit bags for evidence oftampering.
• Performs deposit processing functions including reconciling any out-of-balanceconditions.
• Maintains compliance with all company policies including state and federalregulations.
• Identifies Counterfeit, Suspicious Activity (SAR), and any potential AML Red Flag Transactions and immediately reports same toSupervisor.
• Meets or exceeds all established deposit processing productivitystandards.
• Verifies cash settlements are accurate and transfers funds to appropriatevaults.
• Identifies and shares process improvementopportunities.
• Works independently without direct supervision oroversight.

Qualifications:
