Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Manager in Mosinee, WI. The role leads shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics activities to ensure safe, accurate, and on-time operations for IMC Outdoor Living, a Liberty Tire Recycling company.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Logistics or related field and 2–4 years of experience in logistics, with strong leadership and documentation skills. Competitive benefits and a dynamic work environment are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
Minimum 2–4 years of logistics, shipping, receiving, or inventory management experience
Experience leading teams in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred
Experience working with shipping documentation and inventory systems preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise shipping and receiving team members
Ensure shipments are processed accurately and delivered on time
Manage finished goods and component inventory levels
Oversee shipping, receiving, transportation documentation, and inventory records
Evaluate logistics providers and identify opportunities for service improvements
Support continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and productivity
Communicate key developments, challenges, and opportunities to management
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company safety policies
Perform other duties as assigned
