Job summary

Job description

The Shipping and Receiving coordinator oversees the shipping and receiving operations who manage and direct in the set-up of order receipt and order shipping.

• Work Order Entry/ Prepare shipping documents.
• Scheduling trucks, rate negotiations with various carriers/ provide freight rates
• Maintain daily shipping report
• customer support with orders; tracking material, shipping, updates,
• working closely with other departments to ensure orders
• Helping assist drivers with paperwork
• Other duties as assigned.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience preferred/ Shipping Experience preferred.
