Job summary

Accelera Staffing on the east side of Indianapolis is seeking a warehouse associate for first shift. You will manage intake and unloading of freight, ensure packages are labeled, and perform accurate data entry to maintain inventory records.

You will work with UPS WorldShip software, handle 50–75 lb items, support loading/unloading of trailers, and enjoy a benefits package including medical/dental, 401(k), vision, life insurance, and short-term disability, plus discount programs.

Qualifications

• Proven data entry skills and accuracy.
• Experience in shipping/receiving operations.
• Able to lift 50–75 pounds safely.
• Familiarity with standard computer software and data entry tasks.
• UPS WorldShip software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake and unloading of incoming freight shipments.
• Ensure vendor packages are securely packed, sealed, and labeled for distribution.
• Perform accurate data entry to maintain inventory records.
• Assist in loading/unloading transport trailers to support warehouse flow.
