Greener Corporation is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Representative to ensure accurate movement of materials and products. The role requires organization, mechanical inclination, and the ability to work in a manufacturing setting, with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

The successful candidate will process shipments, verify incoming goods, perform monthly/year-end inventories, and coordinate with Production and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read basic prints and understand geometric dimensioning.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Safety-conscious and eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Process outgoing shipments, ensuring correct items, quantities, lasers, and tubing are prepared and shipped accurately.
• Verify and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality and reconcile with purchase orders.
• Perform monthly and year-end inventory audits.
• Track and handle materials accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with Production, Customer Service, and other departments as needed.
• Organize and maintain the receiving area to support a safe, efficient work environment.
• Assume additional responsibilities and projects as requested.
