Job summary

MiTek is seeking a Warehouse Associate in New Jersey to process parcels, manage inventory counts, and fulfill orders from pick lists and Bills of Lading. You will unload inbound materials, load shipments, and coordinate schedules to meet production targets.

Typical duties include ensuring inventory accuracy, working 9:00–17:30 Monday to Friday with overtime as needed, and maintaining safety and operational standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Forklift and hand truck certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process small parcels, computer experience needed. SAP experience a plus.
• 9am-5:30pm M-F OT as needed.
• Monitor inventory and accuracy through cycle counts.
• Fill orders from pick lists or Bill of Lading, including broken lot orders.
• Unload inbound materials as needed to meet production requirements.
• Load orders for customers to meet freight requirements.
• Schedule their own and others’ work to meet customer and production requirements.
• Attendance at work during the regularly scheduled shift is an essential duty. This includes, but is not limited to the ability to work overtime as required, to be present at work, arrive on time and be at the work station ready for work at the start of the shift.
