Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a detail-oriented team member to handle receiving, loading/unloading, and shipping of materials. The role includes computer data entry, handling packaging per specifications, and performing general facility tasks such as scrap/recycling.

Local driving may be required, with lifting up to 50 lbs (team lift over 50 lbs) and overtime as needed. Candidates should be computer literate (Excel, Oracle, Citrix) and able to work on a manufacturing shop floor with minimal

• Computer literacy including scanning, faxing, e-mail and Excel; Oracle and other systems tested.
• Organized, able to multi-task, outgoing and personable.
• Familiar with manufacturing shop floor and able to work overtime on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Receive product and load/unload; enter data into computer systems.
• Ship material including outside processing and miscellaneous items.
• Perform tasks such as scrap/recycling processing, cleaning and filing.
• Drive company vehicle locally and package materials per specs.
• Handle lifting up to 50 lbs; team lift beyond 50 lbs; ensure timely delivery.
