Job summary

Biolog is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Hayward, CA to ensure timely outbound shipments and accurate inbound receipts. You will support inventory control, warehouse organization, and material movement across the site.

Responsibilities include processing orders, verifying receipts, maintaining logs, and handling hazardous materials safely. Prior warehousing experience and familiarity with NetSuite are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in inventory management, shipping, receiving, or handling incoming materials.
• Experience stocking and warehousing goods with recordkeeping and inventory locating.
• Familiarity with carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL, and LTL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, package, route, and document daily sales orders per instructions and policies.
• Verify and record receipt of incoming materials against Purchase Orders; move materials to recipient/storage.
• Maintain records/logs to track shipments and shipping performance.
• Keep service guides, waybills, and documentation organized for Biolog personnel.
• Control to prevent mix-ups and unauthorized use of inventory materials.
• Maintain clean, organized shipping/receiving/storage areas.
• Perform material movement and general maintenance under Sr. Manager guidance.
• Handle hazardous materials per safety regulations and company policy.
• Conduct warehouse inventory counts and log data in NetSuite; flag low inventory and aging items.
