Job summary

Stephenson Equipment, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Shipping & Receiving team member to manage the flow of parts, equipment, and materials at our Prospect branch. You will receive, inspect, stock, pick, pack, ship, and deliver items while supporting inventory counts and maintaining organized storage.

This full‑time role requires a high school diploma and a valid driver's license. Forklift operation may be required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience with inventory control or dealer systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming parts and materials.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Unload, store, and organize inventory in proper locations.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare shipments for customers.
• Process outbound shipments and deliver items as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory through counts and reconciliations.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
