Job summary

Stephenson Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Shipping & Receiving teammate to manage parts, equipment, and materials in a fast-paced warehouse. You will receive, inspect, pick, pack, ship, and deliver items, while ensuring accurate inventory and a safe work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in shipping/receiving preferred.
• Ability to operate yard equipment may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming parts, materials, and freight.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Unload, organize, and store incoming items.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Process outbound shipments using proper methods.
• Deliver items to customers or designated locations as needed.
• Operate forklift to move palletized materials safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory and organized storage areas.
• Communicate shipping, receiving, and delivery issues to supervision.
