Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist for a warehouse and logistics team in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on receiving, inventory accuracy, and shipment readiness, with a Monday–Friday shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Ideal candidates will have warehouse/shipping/receiving or inventory control experience, strong computer skills, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate records and smooth operations. Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving inspection to ensure incoming materials are accurately received, verified, and documented.
• Support inventory management with cycle counts, inventory transactions, stock movements, and material reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and help resolve discrepancies to protect shipment accuracy.
• Follow warehouse procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements to keep operations running reliably.
• Assist with shipping functions including order preparation, packaging, labeling, shipment verification, and transfer order processing.
