Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Kentucky (Riegelwood facility) is hiring a Material Handler II to support shipping, receiving, inventory and warehouse activities on first shift, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday.

You will prepare shipments, verify paperwork, perform SAP transactions, assist with inventory counts, load/unload trucks, and ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and IMDG regulations. Forklift operation and respirator use may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse roles.
• Experience with hazardous materials shipments is required.
• Familiar with DOT, IATA and IMDG regulations; current or prior certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP transactions and document attachment.
• Experience in the chemical industry is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Forklift operation with on-site certification anticipated.
• Must be able to wear a respirator.
• Able to perform moderate physical activity (lifting up to 50 lbs) and operate in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for shipment, ensuring compliance with Customer and Regulatory requirements.
• Schedule and prioritize shipments with production and customer service.
• Complete SAP transactions and attach COAs, BOLs and tracking numbers.
• Maintain shipping documents per regulatory guidelines and site retention policies.
• Support receiving by verifying paperwork and moving materials to storage locations.
• Conduct inventory counts and resolve discrepancies; assist with cycle counts.
• Load and unload trucks and oversee used container shipments.
• Coordinate with production to maintain organized storage areas.
