You will receive, store, and prepare materials for shipment, maintaining inventory accuracy and collaborating across teams and logistics partners. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of warehousing experience, familiarity with ERP systems, UPS/FedEx carrier systems, and strong data entry and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of warehousing/shipping/receiving experience and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Ability to navigate carrier systems (UPS, FedEx) and shipping software.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Effective communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsabilités

• Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Prepare outgoing shipments; pull from stock or production, pack, label, and arrange international documents.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with parcel and LTL freight carriers.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding shipment status.
• Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Light production support as necessary.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Resolve shipping/receiving issues quickly and effectively.
• Support Inventory Control Clerk with ERP transactions and cycle counts.
