Job summary

Vibrantz Technologies is seeking a Shipping Associate I to support shipping and receiving operations at our New Castle, Delaware facility. You will help ensure timely movement of products, accurate picking, packing, and labeling, and assist with inventory tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months in a shipping/receiving setting, and the ability to read and write English.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in shipping/receiving environment.
• Ability to read and write English and follow instructions.
• Knowledge of shipping processes, carriers, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Forklift certification or experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the shipment of finished goods and the receipt of incoming materials.
• Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor and report inventory shortages, damages, and discrepancies; support inventory control.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and labeling of outgoing orders.
• Maintain a clear and organized work area; participate in physical inventories.
