Job summary

WTX Supply and Fabrication seeks a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to manage inbound and outbound freight, inspect materials, and maintain accurate inventory movement records. You will interact with carriers, prepare bills of lading, and coordinate with the Materials Handler for loading/unloading.

Experience in warehouse operations and forklift use is preferred. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, computer literacy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Computer literate; able to quickly pick up necessary programs.
• Warehouse or comparable experience preferred.
• Self-starter with willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute.
• Forklift operation permit is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound deliveries and procedures.
• Inspect and verify shipments; document damage claims.
• Package and label items; ensure accuracy with packing slips.
• Maintain shipping records; prepare bills of lading.
• Coordinate with Platform Freight for scheduling and updates.
• Load trucks using forklift and handle material transportation.
